First Dinner in the RV

A simple pot roast dinner on our first night in the RV at Paul Wolfe Campground in Elgin.

A nice roomy campsite with water and electric.  Neighbors were friendly.  We had lots of visitors, Cathy, Alura and Ryne, Melissa, Mark, Braden, Kayla, Evan, Claire, dinner club with Chris and Rick Exposito, Laura and Jim Pekarek, Sheila and Rick Cruz, Mike and Sarah.
